There are different types of cells in our body. Scientists have estimated that a human body has 37 trilliones (3.72 \u00d7 10(13)) cells in total. Following is a list of different cell types we can identify.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Red blood cells<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Red blood cell is a flattened cell and  has a nucleus in the center. It is specialized to transport oxygen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

White blood cells<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Liver cells <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Muscle cells <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

There are three types of muscle cells. They are heart muscle cells, skeletal muscle cells and smooth muscle cells.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Skin cells<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Epithelial cells<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Intestinal cells <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Neuron cells<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Stem cells<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

stem cells are undifferentiated cells. They can produce new cells again and again. They divide by mitosis and produce new cells.

Lifespan of cells<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Different cell types have different lifespans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
